This seasons hair color trends are for a natural appearance - wide streaks are out and earth tones are in.
Blonde - One of the most popular blondes is achieved by weaving different shades of blonde, pairing with a low light. The blonde on blonde look is right on trend for fall 2008
Brunette - Fall 2008, sees a return to natural brunette, with subtle gold highlights. A warm brunette base, with the highlights and a lightly darker color to at the root and under layers, will add considerable depth to the effect.
Red - Fall 2008 sees burgundy, strawberry blonde and cooper brown as the hot reds, with the red off set by a warm golden highlight.
